This website uses no cookies, no advertising and no tracking across websites. We process personal data only to deliver the website securely, to understand its use in aggregate, and to answer your enquiries.
3. Hosting and delivery
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages). When you visit the website, technical data is processed to deliver the pages and protect them against attacks: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with Cloudflare. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Website statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit which pages. It works without cookies and without storing information on your device, and creates no personal profiles. We only see aggregated figures. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are stored on our own server. No connection to external font services is made.
6. Contact form and email
If you contact us via the form or by email, we process the details you provide (name, email address, organisation, topic and message) to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a possible engagement, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The contact form is transmitted through the form service Formcarry, which processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement; according to the provider, its core application is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. We delete your data once it is no longer needed for your enquiry, unless statutory retention periods apply.
7. Booking an intro call
The “Book a call” links open Microsoft Bookings in a new tab. Bookings is provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. The details you enter there are processed to schedule and hold the appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Microsoft’s privacy statement applies to the booking page.
8. Links to other websites
This website links to sources and other websites. No data is transmitted to these websites until you click a link. Once you do, the privacy policy of that website applies.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
